Reviews and Ratings
We had a fun time at the hotel with our kids, especially enjoying the pool and water slide which kept them entertained. The room was clean and spacious, but the check-in process was a bit frustrating due to timing issues for our event. While we liked the amenities, the dining options left a lot to be desired, especially considering we expected more for the price we paid.
I had a mix of experiences at this resort. The check-in process was super quick, which was a nice surprise during a busy Labor Day weekend. While the room was clean, it felt a bit cramped, especially with kids running around. The restaurant was definitely a highlight with delicious food, although the noise level from family activity was a bit much for my tastes. Overall, it offers good value for families, but might not be the best choice if you're looking for a quiet getaway.
My stay at this resort turned out to be quite an unpleasant experience. The noise levels from the pool area made it impossible to relax, which was a huge disappointment. The rooms were a decent size, but the lack of proper maintenance was noticeable. Overall, I felt deceived by the online pictures that didn't accurately represent what I encountered, making me wish I had chosen a different place.
We had a fun time at the hotel, especially with the pool area that was incredible for the kids. However, the rooms left a bit to be desired, and there were some service hiccups during our stay. It felt more like a motel rather than a resort, and I was disappointed with the noise from the air conditioning units.
The resort offers a fun environment for families, especially children, with a great pool area and a fantastic on-site restaurant. While the overall experience was enjoyable, the noise level due to unsupervised kids can be disruptive, and the room amenities need some improvements, particularly regarding the comfort and upkeep of bedding and bathrooms.
